- Cancellation policy: If you are not able to reschedule for a different day, we require you to cancel 5 days prior to your trip for a full refund. We will offer a full refund for unforeseen circumstances. Please call us to discuss your situation personally.
- All Charters require a refundable $500 security deposit for damages to the boat. Passengers are responsible for any damage above the water line. If there are damages, we will discuss the amount to repair/replace them and provide a cost estimate to you before charging the card you entered. If there are no issues or damages, you can expect the $500 security deposit to be released from your debit/credit card. We will release the hold within 24 – 48 hours, but your bank may take an additional few days to process it.
Lake Havasu Experience Alcohol Policy
Lake Havasu Experience wants to provide an exciting and memorable excursion with safety, respect, kindness and self-control as goals for everyone involved, waterways, and boat property. We require appropriate behavior throughout the tour.
You may bring your favorite beverages, beer, or wine on board. We do not provide or sell any alcohol. We only allow responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages and will not allow anyone already intoxicated to board. The captain is responsible for everyone and will ask that everyone abide by our policies. Inappropriate behavior may result in early termination of your charter, without a refund. Examples include, but are not limited to, extreme intoxication, littering, damage to the boat, equipment, docks, excessive noise, offensive language/behavior, failing to adhere to the captain’s leadership and safety instruction. All passengers consuming alcohol on board must be at least 21 years old and be prepared to show valid identification.
