Q: What is the cancellation policy? A:  If you are not able to reschedule, we will offer you a full refund for cancelling 5 or more days prior to your charter. We have the right to reschedule, postpone or cancel any charter at any time due to weather, safety, or mechanical issues. Each cancellation will be handled on a case by case basis. We will also cancel a charter for behavioral and/or alcohol related incidents. These charters will never be refunded or rescheduled. If you simply do not show up, you will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad?
A: We will not take the boat out in unsafe conditions, and we will do everything we can to reschedule. If rescheduling is not an option, you will receive a full refund. It’s not your fault Mother Nature didn’t cooperate! We will address this on a case-by-case basis.

Q:Do you allow pets on board?
A: We do allow certain pets, but please call to discuss the details.

Q: Do you allow smoking on board?
A: Yes, but no cigarette butts in the water and if you burn a hole anywhere on the boat, it comes out of your deposit. 

Q: Can you accommodate a wheelchair?
A: Yes, but please call ahead of time so we can discuss your needs. 

Q: Do you charge extra for fuel?
A: No, It’s included in your package price.

Q: Do you offer military discount?
A: Yes, we offer a 10% discount for Active & Retired Military and First Responders. Please contact us for a promo code.
